The Law Of Attraction Sales Warrior - At the Coal Face 4

I am currently in the middle of having 5 days off work as I have taken a couple of annual leave days attached to my regular days off. I took these days off because I have a new rotating roster in which I work 6 days, have 1 day off, work 6 days have a day off and then have 6 days off in the next 14. I don’t like it very much and compared to my old roster where I had consistent and evenly spread days off, I find it taxing and that it wears me out. Thus the leave days off to have a breather and freshen up. But I kind off wonder whether fatigue is produced as much by my continual discontent with the roster and me persistently thinking that the roster is tough and that I find it tough to make it through. I am always thinking, “ It’s tough. It’s unfair. I don’t like it. It wears me out. My energy feels low.” You can see the frame of mind or tone this creates. And the result has been that in the last day my sales have been very poor and I have really struggled. My results have been similar to most other people in the store, as traffic has been very quiet, but in the past if I have maintained a positive tone of expectancy I still achieved good results inn these circumstances. So this brings me to my point. Is my situation the result of my negative thoughts and tone? I was thinking about this today, as it has been a key goal for me during my days off, too bring the positivity back into my life. Then it came to me. The tone of our thoughts has an impact on the life we create on short term basis as I have described, but also we actually have an underlying tone to our lives all the time. Those inherent thoughts that creep into minds all day every day and form a major part of who we are. “ I’m not very well off.” “I haven’t got enough money.” “I’m OK at my job.” “I’m not good at sports.” “ I can’t control my weight.’ “I eat too much.” “I’m always sick.” “I catch every bug that’s going round.” “ I’m not one of the popular people.” “Good things never happen to me.” “I never win.” Of course hopefully you carry some positive thoughts as well, and I sure some people carry a greater number of positive thoughts than negative. “I’m good at this.” “My work is enjoyable and rewarding.” “I have plenty of money to enjoy a great holiday.” “I buy new clothes all the time.” “I always change my car over every 3 years.” “I always look and feel great.” “I am fit and healthy.” “I always do well.” “I am a champion.” I found it an interesting exercise to watching these thoughts as they came along. What you will find is there is a general tone, which is the balance between the positive and negative. Are the thoughts a greater degree in the positive? Or are the weight of thoughts in the negative? If we believe that our life is created via the LOA then this balance will dictate whether we are experiencing positive or negative creation in our life. Another way to look at this is imagine you had three dollops of paint. One dollop is a primary colour like blue and the other two dollops being black dollop and a white respectively. If black represents negativity and white positivity, so as you add more black, so does the tone darken. Conversely as you add more white the tone brightens. And so it is with our thoughts. As we offer more positive thoughts what we create is positive. And conversely with more negative thoughts we create in the negative. And so our role is monitor that underlining tone and move to lighter and brighter thoughts that will bring us our desires. My personal tone is not very positive. It includes struggle, hardship, low expectancy and compromise. By adopting more allowing thoughts I expect to receive my life desires.
